Re-Turn Recycling
Scoil Mhuire, in collaboration with Leisure Max, has successfully expanded its involvement in the Bottle Re-turn Scheme. The project was organised by the Parents Committee in partnership with the Green School Committee. Leisure Max generously agreed to facilitate the placement of a return bin at their premises, providing the wider community with convenient access to the scheme. Funds raised from the initial bin enabled the school to purchase a second bin, with all future proceeds going directly to support school initiatives. The school extends its thanks to Aileen and Adrian Whelan and all involved for their continued support.

Following our very successful book fair during the last school year, the school purchased three sets of 30 class novels with the proceeds, namely The Last Bear, The Smartest Giant In Town and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
